AEROLAM Bubble Guard is a multi-layer sandwich board made from eco-friendly polypropylene with two flat faces on both sides and a special circular honeycomb bubble structure between them to provide high stiffness and rigidity with bi-directional strength. The circular honeycomb bubble structure core provides an air-lock technology for a cushioning effect to ensure a high strength-to-weight ratio, making these boards tough and durable, yet lightweight.

Aerolam Bubble Guard board is manufactured by a co-extrusion process with multiple layers of virgin polypropylene sheets of plain layers on either sides and a middle core layer having thermoformed bubbles. These are welded together with a specialized technique to get a strong, rigid and composite structure which offers remarkable mechanical properties.

Aerolam takes it one step further by introducing the world's first Double Layer Bubble Guard board with the highest weight range, up to 6000 GSM, making it one of the strongest and most durable boards available in the market.
